I know, I know, the posts have thinned out over the last few weeks. (You get what you pay for.)
I was traveling, working on some writing that may actually result in a paycheck, and generally taking some time away from listening to myself talk about me. Yes, it's possible that I can, in fact, tire of hearing the sound of my own voice. It takes some time (think Haley's Comet) but it happens.
Last week I was invited to blog on The Huffington Post. It's an exciting opportunity. I've posted two pieces so far, one about the big Powerball and Megabucks jackpots and one on Senator Craig's bathroom escapades. I'm posting the links below. Both posts have had some interesting comments from readers. Check them out:

I'll be posting both here and there. Here because I love you. There because just a few more folks read The Huffington Post than my lil' old blog. But, fear not, anytime I post elsewhere I'll link to it on this site.
The other day, my post was placed just below Bill Maher's. I felt like I was hanging with The Beatles. (I'm sure he felt the same way.) Bill Maher is the most important voice out there. If you don't listen to him, there's no helping you.
Hi Ed,
I read an advance copy of your book and will review it next week as part of the MotherTalk blog tour. It was great - a very compelling and quick read. I have to say I liked it more for the memoir aspect than for the lottery winner stories I was expecting. I write memoirs too, but I'm no where near as brave as you! I wish you much success when Money for Nothing hits the shelves!
